About

Connie Botelli

Connie spent the best part of two decades inside some of the largest consulting firms in Europe, advising enterprises on technology strategy, digital transformation, and the messy reality of making large organisations change. She has worked across financial services, public sector, and industrial clients — the kind of engagements where the slide deck is the easy part and the politics is the actual job.

After years of watching the same patterns repeat — ambitious transformation programmes, vendor-driven hype cycles, and leadership teams struggling to separate signal from noise — she decided to step away from big consulting and do something more useful with the perspective she had built up.

maddaisy is the result. It is an independent analysis platform covering technology, artificial intelligence, and the consulting industry itself. The focus is on what actually matters for practitioners: cutting through the noise, tracking the trends that will shape how consultancies and their clients operate, and providing the kind of grounded, opinionated analysis that is hard to find when every vendor has a thought leadership team and every consultancy has a content marketing budget.

Connie now works with boutique consultancies that need sharp, well-researched analysis but do not have the in-house capacity to produce it. If your firm needs someone who understands both the technology landscape and the consulting business model, she is probably worth a conversation.
