The AI agents are bright, but not ‘intelligent’ – they need a lot of guidance and the language that is used is critical. The instructions in the system prompt of the AI Agent node are critical. Getting the language right in that is very important. It needs to be consistent across the tools.
For example, when designing your system, you need to decide if you’re talking about records, ideas, content, pages, posts or databases – you need a consistent vocabulary in order for the AI to be able to understand and take action.
Testing is particularly challenging because AI responses can vary, making it difficult to ensure reliability. The ultimate goal is to create an effective Master Control Program (MCP) that can manage these interactions efficiently.
