She has worked across financial services, public sector, and industrial clients \u2014 the kind of engagements where the slide deck is the easy part and the politics is the actual job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After years of watching the same patterns repeat \u2014 ambitious transformation programmes, vendor-driven hype cycles, and leadership teams struggling to separate signal from noise \u2014 she decided to step away from big consulting and do something more useful with the perspective she had built up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>maddaisy is the result.
